Both our branches in Kochi and Chennai are fully air-conditioned and have all Medical Radiological and Laboratory facilities under one roof. These include fully automated Laboratory, ECG, Ultrasonography, Digital X-Ray, Pulmonary Function Testing, Stress test (TMT), Audiometry, Psychometry Testing & Dental Examination. All cardiac testing is directly supervised by the Cardiologist. We are the only Seafarer clinic in India that provide 24/7 services of highly qualified and experienced doctors that includes Cardiologists, Orthopedic surgeons, Urologists, Psychiatrists and Occupational Physicians. Our compassionate support staff and well-trained Paramedics are always willing and ready to cater to the needs of our clients.
We have a dedicated 24/7 helpline for Emergencies within India & abroad. Our doctor after providing initial medical advise over telephone proceeds to the site of incident or Heli base if required. After the initial medical assessment and immediate first aid is provided, the doctor will communicate with the company and appraise the condition of the patient. If further treatment is required, it shall be facilitated after obtaining due approval from the company. We have tie-ups with all major hospitals in Kochi and Chennai, if a hospitalized treatment is mandated. We are also equipped to handle all patient transport logistics, Bystander requirements that maybe required during this process.
During hospital stay, treatment and condition of the patient is monitored daily and informed to the Company. On discharge, fitness for duty is ascertained.
